Use Daemon Tools CD emulator (free) as it does emulate also actual virtual disc rotation (CLV/CAV) and does provide fixed performance so your game should be happy. Would Mounting the ISO as a CD drive on the host system, then linking the client to the Mounted image slow it down enough so it wasn't accessing the data to fast? Or even fast one to respond & retrive the next file* & I would like to know how to slow the virtural drive down, or would it be possible to slow down read access to the iso or hte folder the iso is sitting in? I'm having a problem with an older game, that is a bit audio/video heavy (16bit, so I have to use XP or earlier) cutting it self off because it's accessing the files far to quickly. It's literally a half a second *the time it'd take a normal CD drive

How do I limit data speeds of the virtrual CD/DVD drive within the Client OS while using an ISO? & havea 640x480 game take of most the screen like it was meant to be seen & not have to have extra steps) (I'm actually pretty proud of that myself. :P even having to take a crash course in some fun software. I managed to get back what could be considered 'XP mode' back & remote application launching, & that works great.
